At PromptIt Pro, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website and services, specifically including our AI-powered creative engine.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
a. Personal Information
- Name and Email address.
- Profile details you choose to provide (such as bio, profession, or preferences).
- Content Uploads: When you use Pro Studio, you upload images of your products. These images are processed to generate new creative outputs.
- Payment Information: Billing details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay. PromptIt Pro does not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank account details.
b. Usage Information
We may collect non-personal data such as visited pages, prompt interactions (likes, saves, views), device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address, to secure and improve the platform experience.

2. AI Data Processing
PromptIt Pro uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini image models) to process your uploaded images and text instructions and generate creative content. By using our service, you acknowledge that your uploaded images and text instructions will be processed by our AI providers' infrastructure in accordance with their own privacy and data-handling standards. We do not use your private uploaded product photos to train our models without your explicit consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve our AI generation services.
- To manage user accounts, subscriptions, and credit balances.
- To process payments and prevent fraud, in conjunction with Razorpay.
- To communicate updates, features, billing notices, or important security notices.
- To enforce these Terms and our Acceptable Use rules, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share personal information only with the service providers necessary to operate PromptIt Pro, including:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: authentication, database, and file storage.
- Google Gemini (AI models): processing of uploaded images and prompts to generate output.
- Razorpay: payment processing for subscriptions.
These providers may process data outside your country of residence. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Generation history and saved product data are retained according to your plan's storage entitlement (Free is temporary-only; Starter, Pro and Business are retained until you delete them or close your account). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our support portal.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Most of these can be exercised directly from your account settings; for anything else, contact our support portal and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children's Privacy
PromptIt Pro is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
8. Data Storage & Security
User data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption and trusted cloud services (Firebase). While we implement robust security, no online service is 100% secure.
