Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the rules for using PromptIt Pro — the website, Pro Studio, our AI generation pipeline, and Pip, our support assistant — and it is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Using the platform means you agree to follow it. We may investigate and act on suspected violations without prior notice.

1. What You May Not Upload or Generate

You agree not to upload, generate, or attempt to generate content that:

• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including a deepfake, a non-consensual likeness, or content that impersonates a real individual or organization.
• Is sexually explicit, depicts minors in any suggestive manner, or otherwise violates applicable child-safety laws.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hatred against a protected group.
• Is intended for political misinformation, disinformation, or election interference.
• Infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right — including a product photo you do not own or have permission to use.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to scam another person (for example, a fake listing, a counterfeit product image, or a misleading before/after claim).
• Violates any applicable law in the jurisdiction where you or your business operates.

2. System Integrity and Fair Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the prompt catalogue, inspiration library, or any other part of the Service.
• Send requests at a frequency intended to interfere with platform stability, exceed the rate limits described in our documentation, or degrade service for other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, fine-tune on, or otherwise circumvent the underlying AI models the Service uses.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to bypass its authentication, credit metering, or storage-quota controls.
• Create multiple accounts, or use a fingerprint, device, or email pool, to claim the free signup credit allowance more than once.

3. Acceptable Commercial Use

You may use output you generate — subject to your plan and the license terms in our Terms of Service — for your own commercial purposes, including product listings, advertising, and marketing. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide bulk access to the generation pipeline itself (as opposed to the images it produces for you) to a third party, and you may not represent PromptIt Pro's output as having been produced by a human photographer or model where that would be materially misleading to a viewer.

4. Reporting a Violation

If you believe content generated on or hosted by PromptIt Pro violates this policy, or infringes your intellectual property, contact us with a description of the content, its location, and your contact details, and we will investigate in good faith.

5. Enforcement

A violation of this policy may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account without a refund of any remaining credits, depending on severity and whether the conduct is repeated. Where required by law, we may also report unlawful content (particularly content involving minors) to the relevant authorities.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address new abuse patterns or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
