1. Ethical AI Usage
You agree to use our platform responsibly. Prohibited activities include:
- Creating deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people.
- Generating content intended for political misinformation or disinformation.
- Producing harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or "jailbreak" the Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image model.
2. System Integrity
Users must not engage in automated scraping, harvesting, or high-frequency requests that interfere with platform stability or exceed fair usage limits.
3. Content Compliance
Any image you upload must be a product photo you own or have permission to use. You may not upload copyright-infringing materials for processing by the Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image model.
4. Consequences
Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and potentially legal action.
