This Disclaimer applies to your use of PromptIt Pro — the website, Pro Studio, our AI generation pipeline, and any inspiration, guides, or suggestions we publish. Read it alongside our Terms of Service, which governs your use of the Service as a whole.

1. General Information Only

Content we publish outside of your own generations — including inspiration prompts, style guides, blog posts, and marketing suggestions — is for informational and creative purposes only. It is not professional legal, marketing, financial, or business advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional where one is needed.

2. AI Model Disclaimer

Generative AI is inherently probabilistic. Our platform uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini image models) for image generation, background removal, and prompt customization. We do not guarantee any specific visual output, exact product fidelity in every condition, a particular resolution or file quality, or any business outcome (sales, click-through, conversion, or otherwise) from using generated images. The quality of an output depends on the input you provide, the model and quality tier selected, and the current state of the underlying AI model, which is outside our control and may change over time.

3. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

While we work to keep Pro Studio and the generation pipeline available, we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, a provider outage on an AI model we depend on, or an unexpected technical issue may temporarily prevent generation, and we are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions beyond what our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides for.

4. Third-Party Relationships and Links

PromptIt Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Midjourney, or any other AI provider, marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and similar), or payment processor named on this site; each remains the property of its respective owner, referenced solely to describe compatibility or integration. Any external link on our site is provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we do not control.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

Any reliance you place on an AI-generated output, an inspiration prompt, or other content available through the Service is strictly at your own risk. You remain solely responsible for reviewing any output before publishing it — including verifying that it accurately represents your product, complies with the advertising standards of the platform you publish it on, and does not infringe a third party's rights.

6. Accuracy and Artifacts

While we strive for high precision, AI models may occasionally produce visual artifacts, distorted text, an inaccurate reflection of a fine product detail, or other "hallucinations." We recommend reviewing every output at full resolution before using it in a listing, an ad, or any official marketing material, and regenerating or tweaking a result that does not meet your standard.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptIt Pro, its founders, and its employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your reliance on content described in this Disclaimer. This section supplements, and does not replace, the Limitation of Liability section of our Terms of Service.
